Exhibitor Timetable

This page details all information for your build up and tear down timings. Please share this information with your couriers. If you are looking for additional items for your stand, eg power, please visit our checklist page.

 

Thursday, 21st November

  • Build up can take place 11:00 - 18:00.

  • All stands must be completed on the build up day and any surplus materials must be removed from the exhibition space no later than 18:00.

  • Please do not leave cardboard boxes behind your stand or on top of power sockets. There is limited storage at the venue, please bring as little as you can as we may not have the facility to store boxes on site.

  • If you are unable to be there on build up day, please let us know and deliver your stand and goods to the ICC clearly labelled. We will have some of our team help with set up.

Friday, 22nd November

  • Event times:

    • Exhibitor registration: 08:00

    • Exhibition: 09:00 - 13:00

    • Conference: 13:00 - 16:00

  • Breakdown starts when the delegates enter the auditorium for the afternoon session. Exhibitors cannot start dismantling their stands or displays or start to remove goods until 13:30. Doing so may pose a hazard to delegates and cause inconvenience to other exhibitors. Please ensure that all goods/belongings have been removed from the venue before 16:00. The organisers do not accept responsibility for exhibitor belongings.

Deliveries

If you have any literature to be delivered to the venue please use the delivery note. Where possible please ensure that deliveries arrive no earlier than the set up day, Thursday 21st November, due to other events in the building the days prior . Any materials sent before this cannot be guaranteed storage and may not be accepted.

Please ensure that page 2 of the delivery note, is attached to any items that are being collected via courier. We request that all exhibitor items that are due to be collected by courier are clearly labelled and transferred to the Goods Inwards Area of ICC Bay B, which is next door to Bay A. Please do not leave any items on your stand once you have left the venue, any items left in the exhibition hall will be thrown away.
