Admission

Admission to the conference and exhibition is FREE for all visitors. Each exhibitor package allows a certain number of seats into the main conference and after party. If you are unsure how many you are allocated, please contact the events team on events@mab.org.uk.


Alcohol

Any supply of alcohol on your stand must be agreed with the organisers. Please discuss with us if you plan to bring alcohol.


Badges

All exhibitors must wear the badges provided for the duration of the show. These can be collected at registration on 22nd November 08:00. Please ensure that all staff are registered via registration page.


Helium balloons are only permitted in the venue if they are securely tied down and can’t float up to the ceiling. If this should happen the venue may charge for removing the balloon.

Car Parking


Mortgage Advice Bureau will be providing lunch for all exhibitors and delegates at the venue. If you want to serve food on your stand please contact Selina Gayle: selina.gayle@necgroup.co.uk

It is vital you let the ICC know if you are providing food at your stand, or it will be turned away on arrival. ALL food items must have the list of ingredients and allergen information on each individual wrapping by law.

Dress Code

Smart / casual or however you feel comfortable.  


Any electrical equipment brought in by external suppliers/exhibitors should be PAT tested. They should have a sticker on them and it must be in date.

Fire Precautions

If a fire is discovered please notify a member of the MABTeam or security team. Full details of Emergency Procedures will be highlighted at the venue. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with the nearest emergency exits to your stand or communal spaces.


Furniture

All pop-up stands come with a trestle table. If you’re a larger stand and require a trestle table you can request one on your checklist. Chairs are not included at your stand but if you do require chairs at your stand for medical reasons, please contact events@mab.org.uk.


If anyone requires first aid, please notify a member of the MAB Team or if an emergency dial 999.

Health and Safety

All items must remain within your allocated stand space. Infringing on walkways or blocking entrances is strictly prohibited. Exhibits must not extend beyond the allocated stand space.


It is the responsibility of each exhibitor to ensure they have the relevant insurance cover and documentation for the event, which should also include sufficient insurance for all staff members working at the exhibition and the general public.

WIFI internet access at the ICC is free of charge. Details of how to access the WIFI will be available from Build Up Day.

Lead Capture

Due to data protection rules, post-event email lists will not be available outside of the provided scanner service. You will have a scanner license assigned to you and you’ll be able to share this with your team via an app on your own devices. You’ll be able to download the details directly for any follow ups.


Literature Distribution

Exhibitors are only permitted to distribute their literature and merchandise from their stand.

Any lost property will be handed over to the venue. Please speak the event organiser for assistance in locating missing items.

Noise Control

Please ensure that music, videos, presentations etc are kept at a level which does not interfere with neighbouring stands.


Security provided is designed to stop unauthorised access to the exhibition and auditorium. The venue is locked overnight but MAB do not accept responsibility for exhibits. Exhibitors should not leave their stand unattended when the hall is open.

Smoking is not permitted in the venue. If you are a smoker please consider others and use only the designated smoking areas.
